At the core of our Brooklyn industrial loft photo space is the main living and dining area with 60+ feet of 10 ft tall south and east-facing windows—providing gorgeous morning and afternoon light. With an original steel cargo door, brickwork, high-end furniture, props, plants, and seating for 8 at a solid-wood conference table, Boerum Studios has everything you need for an unmatched, unique photo shoot in a space filled with life, energy and inspiration.

The Large Room
Our main room is approximately 1400 sq. ft, with 12-foot ceilings and direct light all day with 61-foot windows facing East and South. It features an original steel cargo door, brickwork, high-end furniture, props, plants, and seating for 8 at a solid-wood conference table. We have 9 ft seamless paper and backdrops available for use. Colors include black, white, mocha, olive green, crimson red, and more.
The Kitchen
Our 198 sq. ft full, operational kitchen features two massive surfaces for shooting, prepping, and cooking. The cabinets are handcrafted cedar, matching the wood throughout the rest of the loft. The kitchen features a farmhouse sink, a built-in walnut butcher's block, a custom-made granite slab table, a ceramic tile island with decorative inlay, and a full suite of kitchen tools (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.) for your use during the rental.
The Prep Space
Looking into the main room, our prep and gear area is conveniently out of sight lines of most of the studio. Equipped with a vanity, jiffy steamer, clothing rack and prep tables, this is a perfect space for talent and crew. The prep space features an accent wall with designer wallpaper and a lofted space for even more shooting potential.
The Bathroom
Our 100 sq. ft in-loft bathroom is perfect for privacy, wardrobe changes and shooting. Its tiling matches that of the kitchen, and features two shower heads, exposed brick, natural lighting and plants.
